Joel listed and sold our townhouse for us, while we were out of town, and set the record for the highest price any unit in the complex has ever sold for, even though it was smaller than other recently-sold units. We had to move out of town before we could list the place, and there was still work being done on the unit at the time. Joel worked with our contractor to make sure everything was done. He took care of almost everything, and the few things we needed to take care of, he let us know about. The whole process was remarkably easy. I give Joel my highest recommendation.
